Homemade cook - First Attempt

Hi guys! It's been a long time to write some with this blog. I didnt belong with blogging but I want to spent my time on weekend productively. Lately, I was spend with my deaf pals on Saturday and Sunday, now I decided to get out of it and concern for something :)


So, first of all I was fascinated with someone who really attracted me with his charm and he can cook to. So I copying his recipes to fulfill my lunch-dinner menu. 



Today, I was cooked  Mapo Tofu  from his recipe. 
I following his ingredients and so on but maybe with a little touch up to make it tasty with my tongue, indeed hahaha.



Those ingredients.




Tofu
Onion
Garlic
Spices
Potatoes
Spring Onion
Chicken breast 


(Actually he used pork but I was late to going to market so I just brought the chicken as an alternative. If you have any or others choice, please modify as you like)

I felt my tummy was explode but my mouth still need more.
I know this food looks uninterested as it's taste but I promise to improve myself on cooking skill. 


But I bet you this is really great! 



Woah I'm so proud of myself becuase I can do this simple homemade cook. 

Thanks to my "sly rocker and chef" who inspired me with his recipe. 


I already prepare for more food from his recipe, just wait..

When God says He Will Provide

Excited yet anxiety so far.. I have been 2 years at work and afterwards I want to apply my dream scholarship ever in UK, it's Chevening. I prayed in that time to God. I wanted to work first before get a chance to study master degree. And now, He gave me what I want and beyond. He gave more than I asked, but I cannot deal with these problems and overwhelmed. Anything from Your Refrigerator

Yups Weekend again, and today is fasting day so I can't freely going out to neighborhood to buy some food or just snack.  All food stall were close.  I don't have any choices, I can pick me phone up, ordering food. Circumstantially, I remembered someone who said "better cooking than ordering" And indeed  I need more saving money because last night I was spend amount money for my mom. I really starving..  Going to refrigerator immadiately. What I've got??  ZONK!! There is nothing that I can cook for :"( I was just saw 3 raw potates, sausages, and tempe So,  there is a will, there is a way.
